Is Middle Monitor self-hostable?

Middle Monitor's agent collects CPU, memory, disk and network metrics automatically once installed, so the common case does not require writing per-check definitions by hand.
Nagios, Icinga and Zabbix are proven, self-hostable and endlessly extensible. If you need full on-premise control or have an established library of custom check plugins, that flexibility is real and hard to replace.
Install the binary agent with one command on Linux or macOS. It runs in the background and reports system metrics on a configurable interval, 60 seconds by default — no check definition files, no per-metric configuration.
HTTP and HTTPS with expected keywords and latency thresholds, ICMP ping, SQL connection checks, SSL certificate expiry, and SNMP. Checks are executed periodically by the Middle Monitor backend, so nothing has to be installed on the target.
Slack, email, Jira Service Management, WhatsApp and SMS, or a generic JSON webhook. Each channel can be toggled without touching configuration files. Alerts fire only after N consecutive bad results, so a single blip does not page anyone.
The same platform holds distributed traces, application errors and profiling. A host CPU spike and the latency regression it caused are visible together instead of in two different tools.
