These terms govern your use of the Middle Monitor platform and website. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
Middle Monitor is an observability platform: it ingests traces, metrics, logs, errors and profiling data from your systems through an agent, SDKs and an API, and provides dashboards, alerting and analysis on top of that data.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the members you invite into your organization.
You may not use the service to:
You own the telemetry you send. You grant us the right to store and process it solely to provide the service. We do not use customer telemetry for anything else and we delete it per the retention rules of your plan.
You are responsible for ensuring the data you send complies with the law and does not contain secrets or personal data you are not allowed to share.
The Free plan is available at no cost within its limits. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes apply to the next billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
We work to keep the service available and monitor it continuously, but it is provided "as is" without a guaranteed service level. Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits, or for lost data caused by circumstances outside our control.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, after notice when practicable. On termination your telemetry is deleted according to the retention rules.
We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes are announced to account owners by email before they take effect.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
